All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, contracts, or service agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or client-side approvals.

3. Project Engagement & Deliverables

  • Scope of work will be defined in the proposal or agreement.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Timelines depend on client responsiveness and approval cycles.
  • Revisions are limited to the number specified in the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees & Invoices

  • Services are billed as per approved quotation or contract.
  • Payments must be made according to the invoice terms.

4.2 Advance Payments

  • Projects may require an advance payment before commencement.
  • Work will begin only after receipt of advance payment.

4.3 Late Payments

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
  • We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment clearance.

4.4 Taxes

  • Applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) will be charged as per government regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to final approved deliverables.

5.2 Company Ownership

WeGoDigitally retains ownership of:

  • Draft concepts
  • Rejected designs
  • Proprietary tools and frameworks
  • Internal methodologies and processes

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in
writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
  • Business strategies
  • Trade secrets
  • Financial data
  • Proprietary information

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, software, or platforms.

WeGoDigitally is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages
  • Policy changes by third-party platforms
  • Subscription or licensing fees
  • Platform suspensions or restrictions

8. Performance & Marketing Disclaimer

While we implement proven strategies and best practices:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or revenue outcomes.
  • Marketing results may vary due to market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

9. Limitation of Liability

WeGoDigitally shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Platform policy violations by clients
  • Client misuse of delivered materials
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Breach of agreement terms
  • Non-payment of dues
  • Misuse of services
  • Legal violations
Any completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed work or delivered milestones.
Refund exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

12. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Copy, distribute, or misuse website content
  • Interfere with website functionality

13. Privacy
