- Revisions are limited to the number specified in the agreement.
4. Payment Terms

- Rejected designs
- Proprietary tools and frameworks
- Internal methodologies and processes
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in
writing.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, software, or platforms.
WeGoDigitally is not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages
- Policy changes by third-party platforms
- Subscription or licensing fees
- Platform suspensions or restrictions
8. Performance & Marketing Disclaimer
